SEA MAUI SMS PRIVACY POLICY
At Sea Maui, we value your privacy and make every effort to respect your wishes and personal information. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy for the use of our SMS marketing and information services. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and manage your phone numbers.
- How We Collect Your Personal Information:
We collect your personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example, during transactions, inquiries, or when you sign up for our promotional messages. You can opt in to receive these SMS messages either by clicking on on the welcome pop-up (which shows to new users) or in the checkout by checking your SMS sign-up and providing your phone number. - What Personal Information We Collect:

Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with personalized services, updates, and information regarding your booking. These text messages may relate to our products, services, discounts, or any updates that we think may interest you. We may also provide special discounts or offers through SMS messages. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. We may use Ring Central, Fare Harbor, and/or Podium to send SMS communications to users who have opted in. We do not sell your personal information to 3rd parties. - SMS Consent: Your phone number and SMS consent will never be shared or sold to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
OPTING OUT OF MARKETING MESSAGES
If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing SMS from us, you can opt out by
- Texting STOP to opt-out
- Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out
- Texting CANCEL to opt-out
- Texting QUIT to opt-out
Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.
Terms and Conditions
Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.

- If you have consented to receive text messages from Sea Maui, you may receive text messages related to your booking, check in and parking location/information, cancellations, and or promotions related to your booking.
- Below are examples:
- Customers and Guests: Updates regarding your tour, cancellations, or other relevant information.
- Job Applicants: Information about your application status, onboarding materials, or other employment-related updates.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Sea Maui in the following ways:
- Verbally, during a conversation
- By submitting an online form
- By emailing your request to info@seamaui.com
Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

ACCESS TO PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
You do not need to sign up for SMS Messages to receive information about current promotions. Codes and promotions are available for a limited time and may be changed or removed at any time.

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our site.

- How We Collect Your Personal Information:
Parking Information
We DO validate parking for The Whaler’s Village parking structure for up to 4 hours. Please bring your ticket with you so we can validate that for you at CHECK IN. Additional time in the lot runs at $3 per half hour. Please note there will be a charge to exit the parking lot if you are scheduled on one of our 1/2 day morning snorkel trips. Sea Maui is not responsible for any additional parking fees that may be incurred. There’s a very limited amount of free beach parking located in between Whaler’s Village and The Westin. Many times this lot is full so we recommend only trying this lot if you’re early for check in. If you’re traveling from another part of the island into Lahaina for your trip on Sea Maui we recommend checking google maps or any traffic app a few hours before you depart. The highway into Lahaina is prone to heavy traffic, especially during peak seasons.
