TripSafe Protection is included on all sails for the duration of your membership. When booking, there is no need to select TripSafe coverage, provided your membership ID is attached to the reservation.
Ohana Club members may cancel or reschedule their complimentary membership sail for any reason up to check-in time (30 minutes prior to departure). To cancel or reschedule, please email [email protected] or call (808) SEA-MAUI at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
If you cancel your reservation, your complimentary sail credit will be returned to your membership account for future use. You may also choose to reschedule your sail, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method if the reservation was booked using the member discount option if Sea Maui cancels a trip due to weather, ocean conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All membership sales are final after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
