Sea Maui SMS Privacy Terms and Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SMS messaging services provided by Sea Maui through our website and other communication channels. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sea Maui, you agree to these Terms.

After you send a STOP message, you may receive a confirmation SMS indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Sea Maui unless you opt in again.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be fully processed.

8. Supported Carriers
SMS service may not be available on all carriers or devices. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Sea Maui.

Your personal information, including your phone number, will be handled in accordance with the Sea Maui SMS Privacy Policy.
Sea Maui collects the following information when voluntarily provided:

Sea Maui uses this information to provide booking-related communications, customer support, operational updates, and promotional offers.
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will never be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Sea Maui may use service providers such as RingCentral, FareHarbor, and Podium to facilitate SMS communications with users who have opted in.
Sea Maui does not sell personal information to third parties.

Parking Information
We DO validate parking for The Whaler’s Village parking structure for up to 4 hours. Please bring your ticket with you so we can validate that for you at CHECK IN. Additional time in the lot runs at $3 per half hour. Please note there will be a charge to exit the parking lot if you are scheduled on one of our 1/2 day morning snorkel trips. Sea Maui is not responsible for any additional parking fees that may be incurred. There’s a very limited amount of free beach parking located in between Whaler’s Village and The Westin. Many times this lot is full so we recommend only trying this lot if you’re early for check in. If you’re traveling from another part of the island into Lahaina for your trip on Sea Maui we recommend checking google maps or any traffic app a few hours before you depart. The highway into Lahaina is prone to heavy traffic, especially during peak seasons. If you’re still not sure where to find us, please don’t hesitate to call (808) SEA-MAUI and we’ll gladly help you out with directions.
